Tri Leaf Technology Services, Inc. (site: TriLeafTech.com) is a growing MSP that provides premier IT Support and Security to SMBs. We are hiring a full-time IT Support professional to join our team as we continue expanding in the Hill Country and the greater San Antonio, TX area. This role includes a mix of remote support and onsite client visits.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients remotely and in person
  • Support both Mac and Windows operating systems
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communication
  • Troubleshoot network printers, routers, and wireless access points
  • Assist with basic server administration tasks
  • Work with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
  • Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 environments
  • Research and implement solutions for client issues
  • Assist with VPN setup and troubleshooting
  • Provide support for QuickBooks Desktop environments
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in providing IT support with a focus on desktop support, software troubleshooting, and hardware management.
  • Must live in the greater Boerne / San Antonio, TX area
  • Must have reliable transportation for onsite client visits
  • Must have a dedicated home office/work environment free from distractions
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows (Windows Server), MacOS, and possibly some Linux environments.
  • Familiarity with computer networking concepts such as LAN/WAN setup, TCP/IP protocols, DNS management, VPNs, firewalls (especially Meraki), and network security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory user management and group policy objects (GPO).
  • Strong Office 365 Management Skills.
  • QuickBooks Desktop and Online familiarity.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Support Technician are advantageous but not mandatory. Preferred Experience:

  • Help desk: 3-5 years
  • Windows support: 3-5 years
  • NOTE: Candidates not located in the greater Boerne/San Antonio, TX area will not be considered.
